Thursday September 17, 2009--St. Louis Police Department crime scene technician Tom Burgoon places evidence markers next to all the shell casings that littered the ground near the scene of shooting at Fountain Ave. and N. Eucid Ave on Thursday. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
