Sunday September 11, 2011--Rosario Neaves and Arpan Srivastava, both from St. Louis, lay under one of the 2,996 flags that were staked into the ground on Art Hill as a tribute to the victims of 9/11 terror attacks.  The flag the couple is laying under is dedicated to Neaves' friend Lisa Frost who was a passanger on United flight 175, the second plane to crash into World Trade Center.  {quote}It feels comforting to lay here.
